Hi, thanks for visiting Luscious Living with Lois. I’m Lois Barth, coach/speaker and writer, or as I like to call myself; a stand-up philosopher; who uses life as a classroom to learn and live vitally.

Luscious living means building your life around your deepest passions and values so that you are available to live your life purpose. My twenty years experience as a coach, facilitator solo-performance artist and holistic care practitioner have given me the tools to show you how to live your luscious life. How do we do that? By clarifying what your core values really are, and building a life around those both personally and professionally.
