| The
4 C's;
Being
critical with yourself does not pave the way for
luscious living. If it did, most of us would have
what we want in life. In the Luscious Living Curriculum
we work the 4C's; Curiosity, Compassion, Connection
and Commitment. We get curious about your interests
and passions, then we employ compassion by honoring
(not rationalizing) what has stopped you in the
past, then make a connect you with your vision and
life purpose, and from there support you in staying
committed and on track with manifesting it.
What's Next versus What's Wrong?
It is very common for clients to judge some of the
choices they've made or experiences they've had,
especially when it's in an area of their life where
they are unhappy or don't feel fulfilled. That's
where I think it's so important to focus on "What's
Next?" versus "What's Wrong?" "What's
Next? is a question that invites options and the
opportunity to create a more vital future for yourself.
"What's Wrong?" keeps you in the problem
and in most cases, in your past.

Have Tea with Your Demons!
Resistance is an intrinsic part of the growth process.
In dealing with it, we have two choices: we can
try to ignore our personal demons (or conflicted
parts) or we can have tea with them! Having tea
with your demons is about using your imagination
to transform your personal demons (or conflicted
parts) into over-the-top playful characters. This
way you can compassion, greater self-acceptance,
and create tools so that your empowered self, not
them, get to make the important decisions in your
life.
Whole Body Coaching
Whole body coaching uses a combination of affirmation,
guided imagery, visualization dialogue and movement
to integrate the body/mind/spirit connection. This
process allows clients to literally embody their
vision, rather than it being a nice but theoretical
concept.
Shifting your beliefs from "Should to Could"
Procrastination comes from a) trying to force yourself
to do something that you "should" do versus
something you want to do, or b) really wanting or
needing to do something, but being fearful or unsure
about where to begin, or c) having a task that needs
to get done that you truly don't enjoy. In Luscious
Living Curriculum, we clarify if this task supports
your dream, and if so, we create a plan of action
that speaks to your personal principles as well
as honors your innate wiring as opposed to forcing
yourself to obey an externally imposed rule. By
addressing the inner (belief work, vision crafting)
with the outer (tasks and actions-outsourcing being
one of them), shifts happen!!!

Play Big and Bold
As Goethe wrote, "Whatever you can do, or dream
you can, begin it! Boldness has genius, magic and
power in it." How true that is! The combination
of dreaming big, creating an inspiring intention
that really juices you up and taking consistent
actions towards your goals, is the best energizer
on the market. Move over Frappuccino !!!
