Hi,
thanks for visiting Luscious Living with Lois. I’m
Lois Barth, coach/speaker and writer, or as I like
to call myself; a stand-up philosopher; who uses
life as a classroom to learn and live vitally.
Luscious living means building your
life around your deepest passions and values so
that you are available to live your life purpose.
My twenty years experience as a coach, facilitator
solo-performance artist and holistic care practitioner
have given me the tools to show you how to live
your luscious life. How do we do that? By clarifying
what your core values really are, and building a
life around those both personally and professionally.
What occurs from this work is a life that has deeper
meaning and fulfillment, in which joy and vitality
are natural byproducts.
In addition to my private practice
in life coaching, both individually and with groups,
I have worked for Fitness Magazine's "Fitness
Makeover" which was a year-long project
to promote health and vitality from the inside
out and have been a source expert in All You
Magazine, (life coaching for working moms), Classical
Singer Magazine and on the morning magazine
program "Good
Day New York."

I am an authorized life coach through
the Empowerment Institute, Relationship Coaching
Institute, and Life Blueprint Institute in addition
to having extensive training in Ontological Studies
(study of human behavior) through Landmark Education.
As a holistic care practitioner for
over two decades and having worked on staff at several
holistic health care centers, I have empowered my
clients on a physical/emotional/spiritual level,
supporting them to move forward in a far more integrated
way.

My keynote/workshops which I’ve presented
around the country speak to the theme of The “Three
L’s: Life Choices, Livelihood, and Life Partnership,
which include ongoing curricula on empowerment.
I believe that “Where there is laughter, there is
learning,” so as
an actress/comedienne, I brought my work to venues
as diverse as singles events, eating disorder units,
and drug and alcohol rehabs as well as comedy clubs
and theatres around the country. My four solo one-woman
shows each highlighted a different theme of personal
growth and empowerment, which I call “edu-tainment.”
I have been published in "The
New York Times," "Massage Magazine"
and “Classical Singers Magazine” and in two anthologies,
"Women Celebrate," and “Have I Got A Guy
For You (Adams Media, May 2008)
